Ordering from Wild Clover is simple as all our products can be viewed and ordered via our secure online shop. You can pay for your order online using a secure server offering a high level of security.

delivery
For our standard delivery service we endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. For all UK orders we use a Royal Mail delivery service. For overseas orders please contact us for postage costs. A signature is required on arrival of UK and overseas orders.
At the moment we are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. However if you require your purchase urgently or for a special event then please contact us by telephone 0845 838 2213 or email orders@wild-clover.co.uk and we will make every effort to deliver it to you as soon as possible or to the recipient for the specified date.
tracking your order
On placing an order you will receive a confirmation email – please ensure that the details of your order are correct. If you would like to check on the progress of your order at any point, then please contact us by email at orders@wild-clover.co.uk or call 0845 838 2213.
returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order or if you need to exchange for a different size we are happy to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we are unable to offer returns on sale items, underwear and earrings. If you wish to return an item please follow the procedure below:
Please complete the returns form that arrives with your order.
Please post the returns form and the item(s) you wish to return back to Wild Clover as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of dispatch. The returns address is: Wild Clover, Quarry Cottage, Crwbin, Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire. UK. SA17 5DR.
Please return all the items in their original condition, unworn* and with all their original tags (still attached) and packaging.
Please return the items by recorded delivery. We are unable to exchange, refund or replace items that are lost in the post, unless a ‘proof of posting’ receipt can be provided. We are unable to refund the return postage.
* Please note that original condition and unworn means there are no marks on the items. We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you have any queries then please contact us.
exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, we will send it at no extra postage cost. For any returns thereafter, postage will be charged on both UK and overseas deliveries. Pleas follow the instructions given for returns. Please ensure you complete the returns form and request what item you would like to exchange for.
refunds
A full refund is available for orders returned new and unworn within 14 days from the date you receive them. All returns will be credited to the original customer’s credit card excluding the delivery charges. Refunds on international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded from on shipments outside the EU.

We do not share your details with any other organisation. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us with information concerning the orders they have placed.
